Purpose

The process of cardiointervalogram registration is incredibly simple and doesn't require specific preparation. Callibri sensor is installed on the chest of the patient near the heart.

The system allows performing the following

  • express registration of the signal
  • automatic detection of R-deflections and R-R intervals calculation
  • automatic artifact correction, and creation of RR-interval range
  • creation of rhythmogram, histogram, scratchogram
  • calculation of all parameters according to Bayevsky (as in real time, as well as using historical data)

By using the obtained information the system creates an impression about the state of ANS at the current moment in time in both textual and graphic representations. It's possible to compare results in a relaxed condition and under the load. Furthermore, the system allows tracking changes in time.

Examination results can be useful to adjust the treatment plan for patients with neurocirculatory problems, psychosomatic profile, as well as in case of asthenic states and after chronic overload and stress.

  2. Heart rate parameters calculation, as well as stress index, mode, mode amplitude, range, electric cardiac pacemaker, congenital malformation, NN50, pNN50.
  3. Creation of the table with the results of comparison between the main and the second indicator of RR-interval range of different examinations.
  4. Spectral analysis of RR-interval range. Calculation of spectral parameters: HF, LF, VLF, ULF.
  5. Automatic creation of the examination impression.
  6. Editing mode, which allows the manual location of R-deflections, and recalculation of the range evaluation.
